There is no extension for Deadlines!, come on and deliver the artifacts as soon as possible. In addition do not be worry if you are sending them with just 2 or 3 days delay. |

About Proposals:
I've uploaded a sample project proposal to the Resouces page, take a look at it.Another good resource for this artifact is "Vision" document template in RUP (Rational Unified Process).It's strongly recommended to have a cost analysis in your proposal.
