You should send your Final Projects in zipped format till «17th of Mordad, 12:00 pm» to mohammad[dot]n[at]gamil.com. A main.bat file should be in the root of you zip files.
Your email subject and attached file name must be Java-Final-xxxxxxxx or Java-Final-xxxxxxxx-yyyyyyyy, where xxxxxxxx and yyyyyyyy are student-ids.
If you sent, please resend in the correct format. here are some test cases. The extension of project time was just because of ce problems.
we'll tell you the time of your project's presentaion later.

CE mailserver removes zipped attachments containing executable files (.bat, ...), so rename main.bat (eg. to main.batt) before sending your projects, otherwise your attachments will be removed automatically and you will get delay penalty if you re-send them after deadline.

Midterm project's dedline is extended, send your projects until Saturday 85/2/2, personal delivery time will be announced later.
Place your codes in a folder named [project name-student id] (project name must exactly be "sound", "picture" or "plot", eg. sound-84123456), zip it (do not use rar) with the same name and send it to mokhtarian at ce.sharif.edu, the subject of your email should be [java-project name-student id] (e.g. java-plot-84123456).
Do not forget to put "main.bat" beside your code, it must compile and run your code, and do not place more than one file in your email.
You should write a brief readme file which guides user how to use your program.
Mandatory and optional features of each project is described in TA class, good object oriented design of the project will have extra points as well.
