Short Bio
Birthplace: Tehran, Iran.Birthday: 12/21/1983 During my life, I have worn many hats. In the elementary school, I was interested in zoology. Then, at 4th grade, I became interested in astronomy. Reading tens of astronomical books and magazines, I found complicated math formulas, and exciting computer programs which simulated celestial objects such as the solar system. So, I got interested in both math and computer programming. I studied many high-school math books in the middle school, and learned four programming languages (QBASIC, Pascal, C, and Assembly) without having a computer! (I had access to a computer every two months, though.) Things went on, till I really got engaged in computers, and chose to study Information Technology (IT) at Sharif University of Technology, which is undoubtedly the best engineering university in Iran. The university life was no easier. Although I was interested in cryptography and network security, it took me a long time to find out the exact topic of my interest. I chose "Zero-Knowledge Authentication Protocols" as my MSc thesis title, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Please see my CV for more information. |
