If you decide to implement one of our proposed designs: In this case, you can bypass the proposal submission step and directly register your intent to attend. Just go to Registration page, fill in the form, submit it electronically, and start implementing the design. 2. If you have your own idea: No worries! First, please prepare a ps/pdf document describing your favorite design and submit electronically to the scientific committee. (A sample proposal in Word97/2000 and PDF formats is provided for your reference.) You will electronically be informed of the judgment results within the specified period. If your proposal is approved, proceed to the Registration page, fill in the form, submit it electronically, and start implementing the design.
