About Me

I am a research assistant at Data and Network Security Laboratory, located at Department of Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology. I received my M.Sc degree from Sharif University of Technology in Information Technology Engineering (Information Security) under supervision of Prof. Mehdi Kharrazi in 2016, and my B.Sc degree from University of Isfahan in Computer Software Engineering under supervision of Prof. Behrouz Tork Ladani in 2014. Currently my research focuses on computer security and privacy, especially on Malware Analysis and Detection, Network Security, Cyber-Physical Systems Security, and Machine Learning.

Nov 2017: Our paper "Android Malware Detection using Markov Chain Model of Application Behaviors in Requesting System Services" was submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security
Nov 2016: I gratuated from the Sharif University of Technology with an M.Sc degree in IT engineering, information security.
Nov 2016: Our paper "Welcome to Binder: A kernel level attack model for the Binder in Android operating system" got best paper award in 8th International Symposium on Telecommunications (IST).
Aug 2016: Our paper "Welcome to Binder: A kernel level attack model for the Binder in Android operating system" got accepted to 8th International Symposium on Telecommunications (IST).
Nov 2014: I'm now a research assistant at Data and Network Security Lab, Sharif University of Technology.
Aug 2014: I have been admitted to Sharif University of Technology for graduate studies in IT engineering.
