Super-short Definition

ODYSSEY stands for Object-oriented Design and sYntheSiS of Embedded sYstems. As the name implies, the project aims at developing a system-design methodology for embedded systems that starts from an object-oriented system-level model and synthesizes it into hardware and software modules.
