Received his M. Sc and Ph. D degree in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from USA. He is a member of the Mathematics and Computer Science faculty at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. M. Hassan Shafazand has over 18 years of research, teaching, advising and project management experiences in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology in IRAN, AUSTRIA, GERMANY and USA.  He recently joined the Fraunhofer Integrated Publication and Information Systems Institute (FhG IPSI ) in Germany as a senior  scientist cooperating with the Delite division. He has held many top advisory positions and his efforts in Information Technology activities and in establishing relations between University and Industry have had a positive impact on the reign.
