Department ranked among topmost 250 CS departments worldwide
Based on the latest Time’s Higher Education ranking, our department has been ranked in the top 250 departments in the world for the first time. Overall, 12 Universities from Iran are ranked in the top 749 universities in Computer Science. Universities of Tehran and Amir Kabir University of Technology have ranked second and third after Sharif University of Technology among Iranian universities.
This achievement is due to the great job of students, faculty, and the administrative staff at the department which boasts more than 35 faculty members, researching in different areas of computer science and engineering. Below is the ranking of for the Iranian universities in Computer Science:
