The 24th ICPC international student programming competition was held in the West Asian region with the participation of 80 teams of the best student programmers from different universities in the country at the Faculty of Computer Engineering of Sharif University of Technology.
In this competition, four teams from Sharif University of Technology managed to take the first to fourth places in the competition. Also, a team from Tehran University and a team from Amir Kabir University of Technology managed to win the fifth and sixth places in the competition.
In this way, the Ballmer Peak team from Sharif University of Technology received the permission to participate in the 48th international student programming competition that will be held in Kazakhstan this September.
