Recent Activity

We have developed a new full-system simulator, M-Simulator, in HPCAN for memory systems based on serial execution. New ideas and novel designs can be easily implemented using this simulator only by describing algorithms in a highly modular language. No need to worry about parallelism. It automatically generates an executable file for simulating the described system and yielding desired results. For more information, visit

I am a master of science student in field of Computer Engineering with emphasis on High-Performance Computer Architectures at Sharif University of Technology. I obtained my B.Sc. from Shahed University under supervision of Dr. M. B. Ghaznavi-Ghoushchi. During my bachelors, I was working on reconfigurable, high-performance, low-power, low-space memory-based, deterministic finite automata implemented in hardware by using verilog. In my masters, as a member of HPCAN laboratory under supervision of Prof. H. Sarbazi-Azad, I was working on high-performance, high-dense, PCM-based memory architectures. My researches resulted in the first paper from Iran (and probably middle-east) selected for oral presentation in ISCA 2014.

  • OS literacy: Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS), Microsoft® Windows Family.
  • CAD Tools and Simulators: Gem5, GEMS, Simics, CACTI, ModelSim, Familiar with Synopsys Tools.

  • Placed second in the 1st National Digital System Design Contest of Iran, 2013.
  • Participated twice in ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest, Asian Regional Contest in Iran, 2007, 2008.
